知的障がい者の方々の典型的な仕事は、書類整理などの単純作業が多く、もちろんそれは致し方ないという企業側の事情もあるのですが、そこで働く方々がやりがいを感じられるかというと、なかなか難しい面があります。

Many the model jobs for people who have development disorder are very simple operations such as arranging files. Of course, there are many companies thought hiring the disabled is due to their will. Therefore, it is also very difficult for the disabled who working in those companies to feel any worth for working.

Some of the wording like "worth of working" are kind of tough to translate naturally and thus come out a little awkward, but I you got the meaning across. Nice job.
