返金は銀行口座に発行されているとあなたは言いましたが、私はクレジットカードで購入しているので、クレジット会社にこの番号を確認すれば良いのですか？
また、これは返品の必要はありますか？返品が必要な場合、日本からの返送料を伝えれば一緒に返金されますか？
次の注文も出来ればしたいと思いますので、オススメの商品を持っているならば教えて下さい。ちなみに先日の商品ですが到着時に箱が潰れている事が良くありますので、箱だけ予備を同封してもらえますか？もしくは商品と箱を分けて梱包できますか？

You said a refund has been done to my bank account, but I have purchased it through a credit card.
Should I check with y credit card company?
Do I need to return this item to you? If I need to return it, am I going to get refund for the shipping if I give you a proof of the return shipping fee?

I would like to order again if it's possible, so please let me know if you have any recommendation.
By the way, would you be able to include additional boxes in the package because a lot of times the boxes are smashed or can you pack the items and boxes separately?
