返金は銀行口座に発行されているとあなたは言いましたが、私はクレジットカードで購入しているので、クレジット会社にこの番号を確認すれば良いのですか？
また、これは返品の必要はありますか？返品が必要な場合、日本からの返送料を伝えれば一緒に返金されますか？
次の注文も出来ればしたいと思いますので、オススメの商品を持っているならば教えて下さい。ちなみに先日の商品ですが到着時に箱が潰れている事が良くありますので、箱だけ予備を同封してもらえますか？もしくは商品と箱を分けて梱包できますか？

Just for your information with regards to the display boxes for the items delivered, there many cases that those have been squeezed upon delivery so would you please enclosed the spare display boxes? Or, could you pack the item and the boxes separately?
