Also, "shipping fee on return" and "return shipping costs" are also commonly used.
I agree with you that "demand" may sound stronger, but if you want to use "hope", the correct sentence would be: I hope that you can deal with this problem promptly. Or I look forward to your prompt solution to this problem.
