先日、あなたから購入したToshiba SD3300ですが、DVDを読み込まないのです。ディスクがトレーの中で全く回転しないのです。どうすればよいでしょうか？
リージョンの切替は出来るようです。ところで、リージョンの切替操作のマニュアルは同封はされていないのですか？私は切替法を知ってはいるのですが。

As for Toshiba SD3300 I bought from you the other day, it doesn't read DVD. The disc doesn't spin at all in the tray. What can I do?
It can switch the regions. By the way, does it not include any manual for switching regions? I know how to switch, though.
