逆に弊社に連絡は何もありません。
郵便局の判断で処理されたと思われますので、理由については直接郵便局にお問合せ下さい。
弊社に商品が戻ったら、改めて商品を発送することは可能ですが、
再送する送料が必要です。
もしご注文のお取消をご希望の場合は、送料を差し引いた、
商品代金のみのご返金となります。

We have't confirmed that the package has been keeping, or will be returned. Also, we haven't got information from them.
I think post office judged about this, so please ask post office about the reason directly.
We can reship the product to you when it returns to us. However, in that case, we need postage for that.
if you want to cancel this order, we will pay back only the amount of the product which is deducted postage from amount you paid. Thank you for your understanding.
