郵便局の判断で処理されたと思われますので、理由については直接郵便局にお問合せ下さい。
弊社に商品が戻ったら、改めて商品を発送することは可能ですが、
再送する送料が必要です。
もしご注文のお取消をご希望の場合は、送料を差し引いた、
商品代金のみのご返金となります。
