注文番号 001についてです。発送から17日が経過しましたが未だに届いておりません。通常、弊社からの荷物は7日程度で届き、過去にトラブルはございません。先日、メールにてトラッキングナンバーのご連絡をお願いしましたが、未だにトラッキングナンバーについてのご連絡をいただいておりません。至急、発送状況について調べていただけますでしょうか？未発送、及び、郵便事故などが考えられる場合は、至急、代替品を送っていただきたいと思います。お返事をお待ちしております。
This is about the order 001, I still haven't received the item after 17 days since shipping. Normally it only takes around 7 days for the product to arrive, and never had any problems before. I sent you an email to ask you about the tracking number of the item, but haven't got a reply. Could you please check about the item ASAP? If you find if the item is unshipped or had an accident during the shipping, could you send the replace item ASAP? Hoping to hear from you soon.
