Hello,

I live in Japan. I received the item today.

Although the product description said it was new, unused and unpacked, the item inside the box was damaged and the wire that is supposed to fix the power code was removed. This is not unpacked at all.

I expected to use it for a gift, but I cannot give this to someone.

I demand you either to accept return or 30% ($39) of partial refund. (I need extra time and money for just returning it to the U.S.)

If I will not hear from you, I will report to PayPal.

Thank you for your help.

You know what? When I wrote my translation by sentence, sentence, sentence, just as the original text did, a native English speaker told me not to do so and that I should put them into paragraphs. And when I do so, then, a Japanese points out it is WRONG!. What should I do then?
It almost makes me say: hey, will you guys please leave me alone for that? Now it's almost a personal taste whether you write sentence, sentence, sentence or paragraphs. Does it matter that much?

And what else with the translation was wrong?
