私は、日本に住んでいます。
本日、商品を受け取りました。

商品説明に新品、未使用、未開封と記載されていましたが、
箱の中は痛みが有り、電気コードを固定している針金は外されていました。

この商品は、未開封品では有りません。

贈り物として使う予定でしたが、この状態では渡すことができません。

返品の対応、または30％（＄39）の一部返金してください。
（アメリカに送り返すには、手間とお金が掛かります。）

連絡が無い場合、paypalに直接、相談します。

Hello,
I live in Japan. And I received the product today.
Its explanation says new product, not used and not opened.
However, there's damage in the box and the wire fixing the electoric code was detached.
It's not "not opened".
I was going to give it as a present, but I can't as it is.
Pleae accept my returning the producy, or 30% ($39) paayback.
It costs time and money to send back to US.
In case of no reply, I will contact Paypal directly.
