melocyでは、あなたの作曲したオリジナル曲も、市販のCDやボーカロイド曲のような既存曲も、 ご自分で演奏して(歌って)投稿いただくことができます。

しかし、CDを流しながら/iPodの曲を流しながら/動画プレイヤーを再生しながら、 その音にあわせて歌うなどして録音すると、元の曲がまざって録音されてしまいます。
このように元の曲がまざって録音された曲を投稿することは、権利的に認められていません。
どうか、ご自分の演奏や歌だけで、または他の方の投稿に重ねて録音してみてください。

With melocy, you can perform your own songs, commercially available songs, and Vocaloid songs, and upload them.
But, if you sing while playing the song in the background, the original song will be recorded as well.
By law, copyrighted songs cannot be mixed into the recording.
Please record your own instrumentals or singing, or record over others' submissions.
