はじめまして、GBAの購入者です。
8/14に荷物を発送して頂いた様ですがまだShipping statusの表示はUnconfirmedのままです。EMSで発送されたそうですが日本郵政のページで検索をかけても登録されていないと表示されます。
香港からのEMSなら３-４日で届くはずですが…
また到着予定日も確認する日ごとに変わってて表示されています。
何時になったら届くのでしょうか?
解答を頂けない場合返金要求も辞さないつもりです。

I am writing to you for the first time. I bought GBA from you.

You seemed to ship the package to me on August 14th, but the shipping status still says "Unconfirmed." You also seemed to use EMS, but when I search the tacking number on the Japan Post website, it shows "Not Registered."

Packages usually arrive in Japan from Hong Kong within 3-4 days by EMS, though...

Also, although I have checked the estimated delivery date everyday, I got different dates accordingly. When am I supposed to receive the package?

If you don't respond to me, I am even ready to claim for a refund.
