何度も繰り返し言うが、あなたはこのコンディションにも関わらずカメラは"A"、レンズは"B"と説明していた。あなたが事実と異なる説明をし、写真とは異なる状態のカメラが私に届いた。あなたが事実と異なる説明をしていたことを、私が何故了承する必要があるのか分からない。また、写真と異なる状態のカメラを、何故私が受け入れなければならないのか分からない。繰り返し言うが、私はあなたへ返品と全額返金を要求する。

I say again and again that despite of this condition, you explained the camera as "A" and the lens as "B". Your explanation was different from the fact and a different conditioned camera from the photo arrived at me. I never understand why I have to accept your explanation that is different from the fact. Also, I never understand why I have to receive the camera of which the condition is different from the photo. I say again I need a refund for this camera and other expenses including send-back fee of this camera.
