お客様に商品をお届けしたところ、この商品はケース販売であるという苦情をもらいました。つまり、1本で販売しているものではなく、複数まとめて販売されている商品だということです。
私はこのカタログの商品は1本分であると思った為に、1本しかお客様に配送していません。なぜ、この商品がケース販売であるのか、私には理解できません。
ですから、この商品はケース販売でしょうか?
もし、そうだとしたらケースには何本入っていますか?
それとも、1本として販売されているのですか?

Good, only minor issues. I think that the Japanese word クレーム may be translated to 'claim' potentially in certain cases I think this is classic wasei eigo so 'complaint' is a better general translation
