お客様に商品をお届けしたところ、この商品はケース販売であるという苦情をもらいました。つまり、１本で販売しているものではなく、複数まとめて販売されている商品だということです。

私はこのカタログの商品は１本分であると思った為に、１本しかお客様に配送していません。なぜ、この商品がケース販売であるのか、私には理解できません。

ですから、この商品はケース販売でしょうか？
もし、そうだとしたらケースには何本入っていますか？

それとも、１本として販売されているのですか？

至急確認したいです。

When we shipped the item, a customer complained that this item should be soled on one case basis. This means to say that this item shall not be sold by piece by piece but should be sold on a box basis.

I have been thinking that the item on brochure was on piece by piece sale and I shipped only one piece. I cannot understand why this item shall be sold on the box basis/

In connection with above, shall I sell this item on the box basis?
If so, how many items shall be in one box?

Or, can I sell this item on a piece basis?

I would like to verify it immediately.
