その際、商品は一度発送されている為、送料を差し引いた商品代金を返金致します。

it has come back to Japan as you didn't receive it and exceeding the retention period.
We can resend the item, but we have to charge you an extra shipping cost.
If you wish to cancel the order, please apply cancellation from your account.
We will refund the amount you paid minus shipping cost.
We are following a rule of hide auction.
