Hello,
I tried to load 2 games, both didn't work,
the screen just showed "Nintendo now loading"
is the new belt already in it?
any suggestion what I may try?

hello, I just opened the case, found there are pieces of broken black belt,
it's stiff and melted. So, it means I have to do it myself, but I don't see a new belt anywhere. You forgot to ship the new belt?
