箱を開けると商品がグチャグチャになっていました。

明らかに緩衝材が足りてないために、商品が動いたのだと思います。

そして、1つのカップと2つのボウルが壊れていました。

ボウルは3つ重ねて梱包したため、壊れたと思います。

証拠の写真を送りたいので、メールアドレスを教えてください

壊れた商品分の返金をお願いします。

When I opened the box, all the items were in a mess.
I think it is because there were not enough cushioning, items moved inside.
1 cup and 2 bowls are broken.
I think bowls are broken because 3 of them are stacked and packed.
Please let me know your E-mail address as I would like to send you pictures to prove the condition.
I would appreciate it if you could refund the price payed for the broken items.
