そして、1つのカップと2つのボウルが壊れていました。

ボウルは3つ重ねて梱包したため、壊れたと思います。

壊れた商品分の返金をお願いします。

The conditions of products were in mess inside of the box.

It was apparent that the product moved inside because there were not enough cushioning materials inside.

One cup and 2 bowls were broken.

I assume that the bowls are broken because 3 of them are placed in stack together.

Can you please give me your email address so that I can send you photos to prove the damage?

Please also refund me with the value of broken products.
