Yasuki Hagane is produced by employing the modern steel processing method which is applied to improve the pure grade and quality of Tama Hagane.
Regarding the kitchen knife production method, you may think that the master swordsmith, our team members, produce them while applying the technique and know-how used for producing the Japanese swords.
And, although we cannot tell in details because it is an industrial secrets, the kitchen knit is produced by sandwiching the Yasuki Hagane between the soft steel plates.
The secret of our very sharp kitchen knife is in this process of sandwiching.
