先日商品が届きました。
日差や動作確認していたら秒針がとれていました。

理由は秒針の長さです。
秒針がケースの内側に当たって動かなくなっていて
とれてしまいました。

というより、あなたから今まで購入した時計はすべて素晴らしく
私はあなたが扱っている時計が大好きです。

そういうことなので返品して全額返金は求めません。
修理代金の一部をお支払いしていただくことはできませんか？


今日修理屋に依頼したのですが、120ドルと言われました。
ご検討よろしくお願いします。

I received the product the other day.
When checking the daily rate and the operative condition I found the the second hand was came off.

The reason was the length of the second hand.
It touched the inside of the case, stuck and could not move and then came off.

I like this watch very much.
Or rather as all the clocks I purchased from you are great I love those products you sell, I should say.

Such being the case, I will not return it, or request for the refund, but I wonder if you can you some part of the repair charge for me?

Today I have asked a clock reparer, who said it will cost 120 dollars.
Please consider it, I look forward to hearing from soon.
