I heard the news that DNP(Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.) and JR East started an operation test of partial-electronic-paper advertising posters for the trains from June 5th.
• It is shock-proof as it is made of plastic instead of glass
• thin, light-weighted, and bendable
• Content switching is powered by batteries and it will last a month.
If the whole surface becomes the electronic paper and the cost goes down, it will certainly spread in the market.

I heard news that DNP(Dai Nippon Printing Co., Ltd.) and JR East started an operation test of posters using electronic-paper for advertisement on trains from June 5th.
• It is more durable as it is made of plastic and not glass
• thin, light-weighted, and bendable
• Content switching will be powered by batteries and the batteries will last one month.
By the time electronic paper advertisement becomes standard, the cost will go down, and electronic paper will be everywhere.
