My friend could bought 36 pieces at $70.00 each from the seller I mentioned.

Aforementioned seller has been selling the item at ($○○) at eBay, but when the buyer purchases only one item through eBay and settle the payment via PayPal, the buyer can obtain the email address of seller.

And, then the buyer can negotiate directly with seller using the email address obtained.

My friend has also used this method to obtain the email address of seller and could buy it at $70.00.

I think that the other sellers at Amazon Japan use the same method I mentioned to obtain the items.
This method is well-known among the sellers in Japan.
