電源ライトはつきますが、マシンのファンは動作していません。
何も操作することができない状況です。


添付のように勝手に出力があがります。
またタッチパネルも反応しないため、使いものになりません。
動画で不良品だとわかると思います。
とても正常の動作とは思えません。
