購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることができるようになっていたのですが、
購入後の決済画面では日本へ送ることができなくなってしまってました。

そのため、セラーへ3回メールを送って対応をお願いしたのですが
返信がありませんでした。

この理由により、この商品はキャンセルになってしまってます。

［未払いアイテム］の取り消しをお願いしたいです。




日本へ送ることができない商品を間違えて落札してしまいました。
セラーに連絡をして合意の上でキャンセルになってます。

Regarding this transaction

At the point of purchase, the product page showed that the item can be shipped to Japan. However after purchase, the transaction page shows that the item cannot be shipped to Japan.

I sent email 3 times to the Seller regarding this issue, but have not received any response yet.

For the reason above, this product will be canceled.

I would like to request deletion of this "Unpaid Item"


My bid has been accepted for a product that cannot be shipped to Japan by mistake.
The cancellation will be made after contacting and agreed by Seller.
