購入時の商品ページでは日本へ送ることができるようになっていたのですが、
購入後の決済画面では日本へ送ることができなくなってしまってました。

そのため、セラーへ3回メールを送って対応をお願いしたのですが
返信がありませんでした。

この理由により、この商品はキャンセルになってしまってます。

［未払いアイテム］の取り消しをお願いしたいです。




日本へ送ることができない商品を間違えて落札してしまいました。
セラーに連絡をして合意の上でキャンセルになってます。

Regarding in this deal,

When I checked the item's page in purchasing it, the page showed that it could be delivered to Japan.
On the payment page after the purchase, however, delivery to Japan turned impossible.

Thus, I sent a mail to the seller three times to ask him for an action, but he hasn't replied to me.

That's why this item got cancelled.

I would like you to annul "item yet to be paid".


I mistakenly have closed the bid for an item which can't be delivered to Japan.
The item was cancelled under the agreement with the seller after my calling him.
