もし今回受け取りができなかったら日本への返送には相当な日数がかかると思います。

金銭で問題が解決できるとは決して考えていはいませんが、

２．日本に商品が戻ってきた時点で商品を再送します。
米国から日本への商品の返送には１ヶ月前後かかる場合があります。

That item can't be available anymore in Japan.
If you can't receive it this time, it will take quite a few days to return it.

I don't think money will solve this problem, but would you consider two of my suggestions below?

1. I will present you 50 dollar Amazon gift ticket in addition to full refund of the payment.

2. I will resend item as soon as after the item returns to Japan.
It might take more or less a month until return the item from US to Japan.
