多言語コールセンターを運営する「ブリックス」（東京）は１１日、東北・関東大地震で被災した外国人向けに、英語や中国語、韓国語などを通訳する無料電話サービスを２４時間体制で始めた。
助けを求める外国人が役場や避難先などで自治体職員らとやりとりする際に、電話をすれば間に立って通訳する。午前９時から午後８時までは３言語に加え、ポルトガル語とスペイン語でも対応する。通訳サービスの電話番号は０５０（５８１４）７２３０。
On March 11, “Bricks” (Tokyo), which operates multi language call center, has launched free telephone translation service in English, Chinese, and Korean for foreigners who affected by the major earthquake in Tohoku and Kanto areas.
The service supports the foreigners who seek assistance by translating the conversations over the phone when they communicate with municipal employees at the places such as city hall and emergency evacuation areas.
