5. Inquiries from customers
Customers can claim the company to disclose and/or modify their own personal information held by the company. And the company will respond to customers’ inquiries, consultations and cease of utilization, regarding the personal information. When required, the company will respond to these requirements appropriately and to a reasonable extent. With regard to the disclosure, the company would like to let the customers know in advance that the company may charge actual expenses.
