10点のサンプルが入荷しましたけど、その内2点のサンプルしか生産発注ができないのは、大問題です。また、入荷も当初予定していたより遅かった。サンプルは販売することもできないので全て返品させて頂きます。
そして、間違って入荷した商品をなぜ、ディスカウントで商品を引きとる義務があるのですか。最後に、添付ファイルの柄のオリジナルボタンの作成を作成することは可能でしょうか。

Though 10pcs of sample arrived but it is big problem that we cannot place order for production only 2 of them. Also the date of arrival was later than the schedule. We cannot even sell the sample so we will all return to you.
And why do we have to recieve the good in a discount price though that arrived in your mistake? Lastly, is it possible to make original button of the pattern same as attached file?
