10点のサンプルが入荷しましたけど、その内2点のサンプルしか生産発注ができないのは、大問題です。また、入荷も当初予定していたより遅かった。サンプルは販売することもできないので全て返品させて頂きます。
そして、間違って入荷した商品をなぜ、ディスカウントで商品を引きとる義務があるのですか。最後に、添付ファイルの柄のオリジナルボタンの作成を作成することは可能でしょうか。

I received 10 samples, but the fact that only 2 of them are in production is a big problem. The samples also arrived later than initially scheduled. Since I cannot sell any of the samples I am returning them all.
Why am I responsible for taking the products in at a discount when the products arrived by mistake? Finally, is it possible to produce an original button using the pattern found in the attached file?
