私は、アメリカの転送会社を通してこのソフトを買いました。

I have purchased this software from you the other day.

This software is a set of 11 disks in total.

I tried to install disk by disk into my PC, but 6th disk show an error.

It seems that it has an initial defect.

Because it is and initial defect, I want to return the software and want you to refund me.

I purchased this software through an American transportation company.

Thus, I'd like to return it from Japan.
