先日、このソフトはあなたから買いました。
このソフトは、全部で11枚組のソフトです。
私が一枚ずつ自分のPCにインストールをしていきましたが、6枚目でエラーが出てしまいます。
なんらかの初期不良のようです。
初期不良ということで、この商品を返品して、返金してほしいです。
私は日本に住んでいます。
私は、アメリカの転送会社を通してこのソフトを買いました。
ですので、日本から返送したいと思います。
日本からの送料はこちらが払います。
返送先を教えてください。

I bought this software subset from you the other day.
It is composed of 11 pieces of software.
I installed them one by one, but an error came out with the 6th piece.
There seems to be some early failure.
