原文が難しいので翻訳も難しかった思いますが、上手だと思います。
訳文3行目、my managerial postは不自然な表現に思えます。自分の上司になって欲しいのではなく、自分が経営する会社のマネージャーになって欲しいという意味ではないでしょうか。
最後の行の、sold itemsはitems sold、Japan AmazonはAmazon Japanでしょう。
