先日御社から購入した商品ですが、間違って違う商品が届きました。

「A」を注文したのに、「B」が届いた。

商品を返送致しますので、交換お願い致します。
尚、この商品、大変人気で今では同価格での入手が大変困難なので、返金では無く、交換でお願いします。

間違って届いた商品は直ちに返送しました（伝票の控えを添付致します）。出来れば急ぎ欲しい商品なので、商品到着を待たず代替品を送って頂けると大変助かります。

お忙しい中、大変恐縮ですが宜しくお願い致します。
