HM Dealer = Herman Miller Dealer. That means the official distributors of Herman Miller furniture in Japan. They have showrooms and sell directly to walk-in customers and large companies making chair orders.

Again, they would be able to market only directly on their website. All the online markets in Japan would be exclusively yours.

I am going to have to draft a contract, which is going to take a bit of time. Meanwhile, I would start informing the other sellers if/when they try to make an order that exclusive rights have been given. So you don't really have to wait for a contract.

Let me know what promotions you are planning and when can we expect your next order.

契約書類が出来上がりましたらお知らせ下さい。

次に次回の注文数に関してです。
在庫が間もなく切れるので、今回は前回と同じ条件で、96個注文します。インボイスをお送り下さい。
他のセラーの在庫が切れるのは、4月末〜5月上旬だと見込んでいますので、その頃にまとめて注文します。参考までに、今までの日本からの月間注文数を教えて下さい。

Stock of other sellers is supposed to run out between the end of April and the beginning of May. I will make another order around that timing. Could you let me know how many orders per month have you received from Japan so far? I'd like to know it just for reference.
