HM Dealer = Herman Miller Dealer. That means the official distributors of Herman Miller furniture in Japan. They have showrooms and sell directly to walk-in customers and large companies making chair orders.

Again, they would be able to market only directly on their website. All the online markets in Japan would be exclusively yours.

I am going to have to draft a contract, which is going to take a bit of time. Meanwhile, I would start informing the other sellers if/when they try to make an order that exclusive rights have been given. So you don't really have to wait for a contract.

Let me know what promotions you are planning and when can we expect your next order.

契約書類が出来上がりましたらお知らせ下さい。

次に次回の注文数に関してです。
在庫が間もなく切れるので、今回は前回と同じ条件で、96個注文します。インボイスをお送り下さい。
他のセラーの在庫が切れるのは、4月末〜5月上旬だと見込んでいますので、その頃にまとめて注文します。参考までに、今までの日本からの月間注文数を教えて下さい。

Next, concerning the number of the next order, as the item will be out of stock soon, we will order 96 units under the same condition with last order. Please send us an invoice.

Since we make an allowance for other sellers to be out of stock during days between the end of this April and the beginning of this May, we will order those all at once at the period. As a reference, please let me know the number of the monthly order from Japan up to now.
