Well, I think I will be fine without the new V-Rex but what about the Dragon Caesar? Does it have all the component including sticker and etc? I have that it is a very rare item but I don't think my budget can exceed around $200-$250 not include the shipping? Is there any possibility that Dragon Caesar price will be lower? I'm sorry.
