曲がった部品を真っ直ぐにしたら、ダイヤルがスムーズに回る事くらい分かります。
もちろん、工具を使って部品を修理する事も試みました。
しかし、部品はステンレスですので完全に真っ直ぐにはなりません。
無理に力を加えて、破損した場合はどうなりますか？
部品の僅かな曲がりで、また同じように故障してしまいます。
その度に修理するのでしょうか？
完全に動作する機械を送って下さい。
輸送事故の可能性もありますが、そういった対応はできないのでしょうか？

I understand that the dial will become smooth once the bent parts is straightened.
Obviously I have tried to fix it using proper tools.
But the part is made with stainless steel and cannot be straightened properly.
What would happen if I forcefully fix it and break it?
It will probably break again even with slight curve.
Do I have to fix it every time that happens?
Please send me the machine that works properly.
Do you have any insurance with the delivering company since it may have been caused during the delivery.
