当店が販売するフィギュアはすべて新品のみで、自信をもって商品は新品であることを保証します。

新品のフィギュアであっても、以下の原因でテープならびにケースが開封されるケースがあります。
１．税関で中身が確認されるケース
２．日本でメーカーが検品する際にテープが一度剥がされるケース
テープが開封されて箱が一度開封されたことにより、中古とは判断されないために新品としての出品を行なっています。

Figures sold at our shop are all brandnew, we guarantee that the items are new with confidence.

Although the figures are new, there are cases when tapes are unsealed and the cases are opened due to following reasons.
1. When customs check the contents
2. Tapes are unsealed for inspection at the manufacturer in Japan
The items are not considered as used when tapes are unsealed and the boxes are opened once, so we sell items as brandnew.
