商品を確認しましたが、残念ながらケースの破損がひどいですね。
特に上部の両端が敗れているのと、背面が大きくへこんでいる点が問題です。

箱も商品の一部なので、対応していただけるとうれしいです。

I checked and found that the case was badly damaged. Especially both edges of the upper side were badly torn and the back side was dented.

Case is a part of commercial product.
I would appreciate if you could do something with this issue.
