商品が到着しました、ありがとうございます。

商品を確認しましたが、残念ながらケースの破損がひどいですね。
特に上部の両端が敗れているのと、背面が大きくへこんでいる点が問題です。

箱も商品の一部なので、対応していただけるとうれしいです。

I have checked it, and unfortunately the package is badly damaged.
There are some problems; especially, top corners on both sides got torn and the back is dent considerably.

Packaging is a part of the product, so I would appreciate your kind cooperation on this.
