同人誌では、ライバルである土方とは、ギャグ漫画のようなノリで言い争いをしている
本が多く、二人は何かあればすぐに張り合うので、本でもそういった関係で描かれます
また幼馴染であり敵である高杉とは、シリアスな本が多く、
Gintokiとの過去を描いた話が多いです。
他にもたくさんのキャラとの本が多く、彼がいかに人気者なのかを知る事が出来ます
