こんにちは。商品を購入しましたが、ノーズパッドとネジが欠品した状態で届きました。

私のお客様に商品を届けた後に、発覚しましたので、ご連絡が遅くなりましたが交換して頂けませんか？

商品を返品し確認してから同じ物を発送してもらうと大変時間が掛かり私のお客様にご迷惑がかかりますので再度同じ商品を購入しますので直ちに発送して下さい。欠品分は確認後、返金して下さい。

返品先のご住所をご連絡下さい。私のお客様の元からあなたの所へ返品する予定ですので、チリから発送になるかと思います
