私が契約している転送会社からまた写真を送ってもらいました。

送ってもらった３つの荷物の内、2つは問題なかったようです。

しかし問題があったのはトラッキングナンバーが***の荷物です。

写真の+++見てください。

16個入っている内の11個がひどく破損しています。

それ以外の5個は何とか商品になりそうです。

今回の件は大変残念ですが
11個分は返金して欲しいと思っています。

破損している11個はあなたに返送した方がよいですか？

My forwarding company sent me pictures again.
Two of the three packages you sent me were fine.
However, the one with the tracking number had some issues.
Please see +++ in the picture.
As you can see, 11 of the 15 are heavily damaged.
This is very unfortunate, but please return the money for the 11 damaged ones.
Should I return them to you?
Please advise.
