私が契約している転送会社からまた写真を送ってもらいました。
送ってもらった３つの荷物の内、2つは問題なかったようです。
しかし問題があったのはトラッキングナンバーが***の荷物です。
写真の+++見てください。
16個入っている内の11個がひどく破損しています。
それ以外の5個は何とか商品になりそうです。
今回の件は大変残念ですが
11個分は返金して欲しいと思っています。
破損している11個はあなたに返送した方がよいですか？
とりあえずあなたからの返信を待っています。

The forwarding company I contract with sent me pictures again.
2 out of 3 parcels had no problem.
However, the one with a problem was sent the tracking number ***.
Please take a look at +++ in the picture.
11 pieces out of 16 pieces are hugely damaged.
Remaining 5 pieces will suffice as sales items.
Sorry it has happened, but I'd like you to make refund for 11 pieces.
Should I return damaged 11 pieces to you?
