私はリミットアップの依頼でカスタマーサポートに電話をしました。
Dec-13-12 02:40 PMにproof of identity SR# 1-23456のメールを受け取りました。
メールの依頼のとおり、運転免許証と保険証券をMr.Colton L.宛てへ FAX番号801-○○○-○○○○にFAXをしました。
リミットアップはいつ可能になりますでしょうか？
もしリミットアップが出来ないとすれば、何が原因でどのように解決すればよいでしょうか？

I received an email for proof of identity SR# 1-23456 on Dec-13-12 02:40 PM.
I faxed proof of driver's licence and insurance to fax number 801-○○○-○○○○, addressing them to Mr. Colton L
When will it be possible to raise the limit?
If it is not possible to raise the limit, what is the cause and what should I do to resolve it?
