それができたのは仲間からの信頼や期待があったからだ。私は自分に自信があっても他人から評価されない限りそれを確信できない。私はその日に初めて自分の自信が確かなものだと知った。仲間からの言葉がなければ私は前へ踏み出すことができなかったし、仲間から私への投票と意見がなければ私は確信できなかった。そうして私は自信を持ってチームの前に立つような大きな役目を持つことができた。この一歩が私の人生にとって大きな一歩になったことは間違いない。

I could do that because my friends trusted me and expected me to do well. Even if I feel confident about myself, I can hardly be assured the confidence unless others value me. That very day, for the first time in my life, I realized that my self- confidence was firm as a rock. Not only could I not step forward without words from my friends, but also I couldn't be sure about myself without their votes and opinions to me. That led me to get such a huge role to stand in front of the team with great confidence. Without a doubt, the event became a massive step for my life.
