I have confirmed the product you sent.
It is an excellent product but there is a small chip at the pouring end of the pitcher.

Is it mentioned in the manual?

Unfortunately this chip is decreasing the product value.

I can send the product photo as well, should I ?

I am expecting a discounted value.

一部返金 is not discounted value. Somebody correct me if I am wrong...
