this was delivered Nov-15-12, 10:15 AM, SARASOTA, FL 34238. UPS sent you an email when the items shipped and they sent you an email when they were delivered. that was 9 days ago. if there was a problem why did you wait 9 days to contact me. if this is not resolved we will not do business in the future.
